Write the book you want to read :)
I've read many of books in my lifetime, in which I could even depict what was going to happen at the end. sometimes its fun, the thrill of knowing what's about to happen next. Sometimes you just wish you could change it, add your own twist. give it more flavour. But if you had a pen and paper next to you, why not sit down, open your imagination and recreate the story to make it better? I mean what BIs stopping you. after all you can recreate anything you put your mind to, to recreate it into something better.
I find myself often complaining about story lines not having enough flavour, or songs losing its tunes. So why not write your own tune? to be able to sing the song you want to hear, or recreate the beats to move with your lingo. There is nothing in the world that you cannot do. Your capabilities are beyond measure, why not use them.
I personally applied this on myself, I'm very much into modelling and there are certain looks I would usually expect from models and if I wanted to see this being out to life, I knew there was no other way than to do it myself, This is what I recreated.

Step Away from the Screen!!!
Do you find yourself too often in one place? looking at the same screen trying to find inspiration?
Are you ever at times tired at the office sitting nine to five trying to work, trying to bring new ideas to the table.
Well, have you ever put into consideration that maybe its time to step away from it, and get inspiration elsewhere. perhaps, using your hands.
While we all may enjoy the advancement of technology and what is has provided over the past years, have we not been deprived off the opportunity to actually put our hands to use. yes, technology has made our lives better in many way than one, but how often do we get the chance to use our hands, to do something else other than typing. It doesn't take rocket science to inform one that sitting by a computer all day is killing you.
Have you ever watched how stressed people in the office look, how tense they get sitting in the office not moving an inch of their bodies besides their fingers.
Instead, make the abilities that you have been given to good use, use your hands to create something, use your feet where possible too and let your brain rest from all the fuss and deadlines that rain on your head in the office. You are capable of so much in life, use every possible limb in your body to put yourself to use.
In my scenario, I got a chance to do things a little different, instead of typing out the things that I love the most, I got to express it in a craft. I applied my love for sleep and my never ending love for animals to create ... a dog bed! I was very proud with what I had made, it was quite interesting to be able to put 2 ideas together to recreate something new, it might not have been the best dog bed in the world, but it was definitely hand made, I'm proud to say that my Jack Russell enjoys relaxing on it by the sun. It makes me feel so useful to realize my hands were really put to use.
In the book Steal like an Artist, Stanley Donwood goes to say how computers are alienating because they put a sheet of glass between you an whatever is happening, 'You never really get to touch anything that you're doing unless you print it out'.

Art is theft-pablo picasso
There are many misconceptions as to what is art. What is art? is art being able to create something new?
I am going to explain it the best way I know how, Art is recreation.
You see, what your brain forgets to tell you is that for you to create something, you must've seen something similar or something that influenced it before. there is nothing that is made from dust without the influence of your surroundings. the best pieces of art come from pieces that are already existing, Like Jonathan Lethem once said that when people call something 'original' nine out of ten times they just don't know the references or the original sources involved.
In order to be a successful artist, one must embrace the influences that help them achieve their outcomes. In order for us to make something beautiful we must accept that there are influences around us that have led us into our recreation.
According to Steal like an artist(2012, pg.1) ''Immature poets imitate; mature poets steal; bad poets deface what they take, and good poets make it into something better, or at least something different, The good poet welds his theft into a whole of feeling which is unique, utterly different from that from which it was torn.''

Inspiration Masters
There are many things that build the character that one becomes as they grow older, The influence they have over you, and the impact they make throughout your life. These people can go as far as being people you've never met before, or they can even be people you spend most of your time with.
To be inspired does not always have to be captured in a positive light, its your will of liking something and using it to influence your character, but in this I would like to look at my inspiration masters in a positive light.
Throughout my life I have met people who have played roles into molding me into this very character I stand for. but for a very long time there have been a few that have been there since the very beginning, I would like to introduce you to these characters, they happen to be my family.
Since the very beginning I have never seen such a group of people that truly understand the concept of family. we so often say we are related to the next person, but if it wasn't for blood, would you guys be tied together? for me as I grew up I have always looked up to my older cousins for their bondage and their togetherness, as they truly stand for everything that is successful.
From time to time I myself had lost perspective as to what I wanted to be in life. An accountant? like most of my family, A lawyer because it seemed like everyone was doing it, or advertising? something I always knew I loved. with proper observation towards my family who have been very successful in all they do, I gained inspiration into following something I knew I would be good at. with this I had learnt something. that when you are able to do something you love, you have the ability to do it well. hence, I'm so happy to be given this opportunity to study what I'm studying currently.

Creativity.
We hear the word, far too often as to what creativity is. What does it mean and how do we apply it in the real world?
Creativity is a constructive process which results in the production of essentially a new product. its also seeing or expressing new relationships. your ability to be creative is not limited, its open to how you perceive things, or how you can provide something new.
Creativity would be basically put,the ability to provide something innovative and new or even use something of which already exists and recreating it into something totally different. creativity is your ability to think out the box, to provide something of which others were unable to think of. Creativity does not go by age or colour, but simply by your ability to see things with a different eye, a creative eye.
Creativity is also able to move us forward which results in advancement in our everyday lives. life would be very dull if we all thought the same and did nothing but what was required of us. in this we would be stuck in the past as creativity helps provide technology and it advances through the years because of ones ability in having a vision into the future.
the best part about being creative is that it does not require you to be intelligent, it is not weighed upon that, but your ability to remake an idea that already lives.
There are several ways you can enhance your ability to think differently, it can be getting fresh air outside, playing with your dogs, or even cooking, creativity can be triggered at any given time. it has no time frame, its open to how you perceive it.
